At MES, we help clients build stronger, more resilient supply chains through local content strategies that deliver both business value and broader economic impact. As global energy, infrastructure, and trade dynamics evolve, there is a growing need to ensure large-scale investments generate real benefits for local people and economies. Local content is increasingly recognized as a critical tool for inclusive, sustainable growth, but turning policy into practice remains a challenge.
Our services are designed to close that gap, supporting clients with tailored advisory, supplier development, and digital tools to unlock local value and meet shifting global expectations.
MES provides expert local content advisory services to governments, regulatory bodies, and companies on how to effectively develop and implement policies and programs that promote the participation of local businesses, labor, and resources in key industries—especially in sectors like oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure. Through assessing the existing local capacity, identifying gaps, and designing strategies to enhance local workforce skills, encourage local procurement, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, MES supports our clients to foster inclusive economic growth and create sustainable development opportunities while aligning with national development goals.
